Mindfulness and Nature
Join Barbara Erb for a day of witnessing without judgement, centering in our bodies, and connecting with nature. Nature is our finest teacher. Our minds naturally quiet down and we start to see beauty everywhere—outside and in. The day will include periods of guided meditation, exercises in the natural world, journaling, and sharing with the group. No experience necessary. Appropriate for all levels.
